✧ Service Policies (Readings & Sessions)
When is my reading confirmed?
Your session is officially confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Until then, your time is not guaranteed or reserved.
What can I ask about in a tarot reading?
Readings are a space for heart-centered inquiry — you’re welcome to ask about love, clarity, career, purpose, personal transitions, spiritual growth, and inner healing.
Please note: I do not read on legal, medical, or pregnancy-related topics, or offer financial advice, as I am not a licensed professional in those fields.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the energy, time, and care involved in each session:
All readings are non-refundable once delivered (for recorded sessions) or once the live session has taken place.
If something doesn’t feel aligned or clear, please email me — I deeply care that you feel seen, supported, and respected.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — and I always try to approach it with understanding. That said, holding space for you takes intention and energetic preparation. Here’s what I ask:
Live sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the service cost.
Rescheduling after a late cancellation or missed appointment will incur a $10 fee, in addition to the original session cost.
What about recorded readings?
Recorded readings are non-refundable once I’ve begun working on them.
If you need to cancel or change something, please contact me within a few hours of booking — I’ll do my best to accommodate if I haven’t started.
Need to reach out?
If something unexpected comes up or you’re unsure how to proceed, please email me at:
